Serious Replies Only was an installation I constructed for the winter show of Kenyon College's Installation Art course.  The piece was installed in the bathroom of a repurposed preschool.  The walls were covered with string lights, and sheets of roll paper were hung several inches away from the wall.  On the paper was printed a collection of craigslist.org personals listings.  Behind the wall, visible through several holes in the roll paper, were sample frame photographs depicting heavily idealized images of romance and family.
